What would be a world without shadow? Just a flat blank page.
Shadow is the essence of photography, forging the eye with relief and material. Shadow is rhythm , creating matter in infinite shades . It is the “symphony” of perception.Drop shadow by its application to oblique subject is often neglected by the eye, most of the time jilted in the background. I like to give back to shadow his nobility, his mild stroke projecting an image of the subject often mysterious and always sublime.
Biography Born in 1965 in Paris, self-taught photographer by destiny from the age of 10 when I won my first amateur contest on duet with my brother in 1975. He became a photographer himself early than I, but died unfortunately much too soon, 15 years ago. This underlying passion became a deep desire to create anchored in my eyes. An art of living,of seeing and duty to never forget that the sun never rises for nothing and it makes life infinitely more beautiful. After few exhibitions in Paris from 2006, I recently had the honor to show my work to Mr Henry Loyrette, Louvre Museum President, who became my most import supporter so far.
