Artist Statement
This is a digital shot of an art museum terrace in the La Boca neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Sculptures are dotted throughout the colorful open space. Above the city streets, and paired with a haunting view of the distant city, the geometry of the museum terrace takes over my photographer’s senses.
When I visit Buenos Aires to spend time with family and friends, as a photographer, I find myself visually inspired by the urban scenery and the power of this vigorous place in the world. An alluring cosmopolitan city of contrasts, Buenos Aires is alive with color and form, movement and sound, forever changing in front of the photo eye.
