Artist Statement
A few years ago I did a photo shoot with 5 guys-shirts off, black underwear. My objective was to pose them in such a way, that when I did the drawings, it would take the viewer a minute to comprehend what they were looking at. I wanted this piece to appear a little abstract, until your eyes adjust and see it is actually realistic, and not abstract at all.
