Artist Statement
No one visiting Times Square in New York City expects to see this world which can’t be found by hurried glimpses on streets of neon and flashing billboards. I found this world inspecting a window reflection barely noticeable to crowds looking up while fighting to walk. To me, this photo is a hint of a world where cathedrals and buildings have eroded or built into shapes, designs and color that reflect a feeling of grandeur and hope in a struggle of the past or future. A rare view that reverberates a past or future.
